IMPORANT THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU SUBMIT

All classes are first-come, first-served class. Once all available sports are filled, no additional places will be offered. We'll do our best to remove any class once it's been filled. Therefore, if this form is open, spots are still open!

Please note that the art classes are limited to 18 children, and the Pre-K program has a maximum of 8 children. Spaces are limited to ensure a quality experience for each child.

Confirmation of your enrollment and payment details will be sent to the email submitted in the form within 1 business day of your submission.
